Gold is About To Enter A Bull Market
As you know a bull market is when prices rise and buying is encouraged as a result of the rise. Gold has been on the rise in value ever since January 2005, rising in value of the last 10 years by 198%. In September 2011 it reached its current peak and has been fluctuating ever since. Today (20th July 2015) Gold stands at around $1100 an ounce. With China increasing their gold reserves over the past 6 years, although lower than rumored, the fact remains they have been buying gold up. What this means for normal day investors is that in the futures market, because china and India, and now Russia continue to buy gold, there's a short run on the amount of gold available for investment and this means to begin with the price will drop. So how does that mean that gold is about to enter a bull market?
When gold reaches a value that makes it attractive for people to be able to afford it and therefore invest in it, this precious metal will be bought again and as people start to invest in it, while at the same time the three main economic power houses, China, India and Russia, keep buying it, supply will not be able to keep up with demand and therefore prices will rise.

We wrote the above in mid 2015, and now we are in January 2016 and what we wrote above is starting to happen, but mainly due to the downward trend of the stock markets. As a result of the continue failing of stocks, we are seeing an increase in gold ira investing. What is this exactly? This is where people are looking to diversify the investments within their ira, so that they have greater security in their retirement years. By investing in to a precious metals ira, investors are capitalizing on the upward moving price of gold.
